Some of my favorite places to shop are antique stores, flea markets, and of course yarn shops. To help save the enviroment I wanted a bag that would not only hold my wallet, but also my purchases.

This bag is made using Patons Soy Solids and Patons Soy Stripes. Unfortunately, the Patons Soy Solids isn’t listed on their site so you may need to substitute a different wool of similar weight. Make sure that the wool isn’t superwash and that it will felt. You can check out projects for ideas on different yarns to use.

There are lots of decorative rings to choose from, but in keeping with the theme of renew, reuse, recycle the ring I chose is antique. Once the basic bag is complete you can finish it off as shown or you can make it as individual as you.
