Here’s a quick, reusable Valentine’s gift. I love reusable coffee cup sleeves and have made several over the past few years. The felted ones have held up best. This mosaic design creates hearts using slipped stitches – an easy technique that creates two-color results while knitting with only one color at a time. As with all of my designs, you are free to do whatever you wish with the finished object.

Size: 2.5” high, 7.5” around

Skills: Cast on, knit in the round, slip stitches purlwise, bind off, felting (fulling).

This pattern is suitable for any method of knitting in the round. A mosaic chart is used - but it is very simple.
