The Pike Pouch is named after the Northern Pike fish. This zippered pouch can have any simple design added on using felting needles or simply leave it unaltered for a classic clean look. There are no complicated stitches (mostly half-double crochet), it’s broken up into two pieces that are assembled before washing. As with all my felted patterns, they are designed to be easy to make and allow the laundry machine do all the hard work! If you’ve never felted before, you will probably get hooked! It’s amazing to see your pieces transform in the washing machine as they shrink and the fibers intertwine. Plus, the intertwining of the wool prevents anything from going through your stitches. Enjoy!
