Rustic soap-on-a-rope! I have been seeing variations of these at sheep and wool festivals for years and wanted to include a pattern in the book. As you use the covered soap, the exterior felts (make sure you don’t use superwash wool!) and shrinks. This one has an i-cord hanger so you can hang it to dry between uses so the soap doesn’t melt away too quickly.
