I was looking for a quick ornament to put together for my local knitting groupʼs annual ornament exchange, and came up with this. I used some leftover heathered green wool, held doubled for bulk and tight stitches, and smallish needles to create a somewhat firm fabric.

I think what is the most fun about this project is how adaptable it can be. I imagine, with the right size needles, it could be used with any weight yarn - fingering or DK would create a smaller wreath, bulky weight yarn would make a much larger wreath.
