Feminine Frills
The shaping that gives this jacket curves is achieved entirely through stitch changes. It requires no stitch transfers and is much easier than
it looks. The purl side of the fabric is the right side.Standard gauge Japanese machines at stitch size 6 knit Astracryl yarn by Tamm to get a gauge of 7 stitches and 10 rows per inch in stockinette. Passap
knitters may get the effect by punching a deco cards with the same patterns and using single bed tuck and slip lock settings with black strippers. Passaps try stitch size 5-5.5. Astracryl is very economical and a single cone will make up to size 42 finished bust.
