There is a beauty in the regular rhythm of fence post and rail as it sweeps across a field. This is what inspires the Fence Line stitch pattern that accents the sweater’s wide cuffs and hem.

Shown in size 37.75” / 96 cm with 2” / 7.5 cm of positive ease.

Construction notes
This sweater is worked in the round from neckline to hem. The neckline is worked in ribbing with a bit of Fence Line detail. The yoke is shaped with raglan increases. Sleeves and body are finished with a wide Fence Line cuff or hem.

Yarn
5 shades of worsted weight yarn, although this can easily be modified to 2, 3 or 4 shades depending on your stash. It works fine to mix bases for the contrast colors.
MC (Top Hat) 660 (760, 840, 960, 1060, 1200, 1280) / 600 (690, 770, 880, 970, 1100, 1170) meters. Contrast color A - 90 (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) yards / 80 (100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150) meters. All other contrast colors use a little less than required for A.
