Fernside Shawl
This shawl pattern begins at the small, pointy end with increases every row but offsetting decreases every right-side row, creating a crescent shape.
There are 9 charts used in this pattern, each with corresponding written instructions. Charts 3-8 are one continuous pattern divided into separate charts for easier viewing.

Wingspan: 73.5in/187cm
Bind-off edge: 40.5in/103cm
Decrease edge: 67.5in/171.5cm
Deepest point: 20in/51cm
YARN:
Fingering weight animal fibers are recommended; Model uses: two skeins of Cloudborn Superwash Merino Fingering (100% Superwash Merino Wool), 3.5oz/100g, 384yd/351m. Colors are Fern Heather and Moss. Total yarn used was 4.7oz/135g, 519yd/474m.
This pattern was tech edited and test knit, as are all my patterns unless otherwise noted.
