A fun and simple coaster with lots of texture! Try out some new stitches in this small project! You’ll make front post stitches, bobbles and work through backloops! A perfect project to try new things but still fun for the more experienced crocheter!

The coaster can be used as a standard coaster, or as a piece of home decor for many other purposes!

Yarn & Hook

I used a DK weight yarn (Schachenmayr Bravo) with a 3.5 mm hook. You can use a different weight of yarn as well, which will make your coaster either bigger or smaller depending on the weight of the yarn and the hook size you use. Play around with different types to get different sized coasters!
