Festive Beanie is stranded colorwork hat knitted in the round from the bottom up. It starts with a simple brim and continues with a colorwork motif.

SIZE:
Adult medium: to fit a head circumference of 22”/ 56 cm

YARN:
Worsted yarn weight in two contrasting colors. For the sample, Malabrigo Rios is used in shades Cereza and Pearl. It took less than half a skein of each color to finish the sample.
Main color: 75 yds / 69 meters
Contrast color: 54 yds / 48 meters

NEEDLES:
US 6/ 4 mm round 16”/ 40cm
US 8/ 5 mm round 16”/ 40cm
Double pointed needles in US 8/ 5 mm.

GAUGE:
22 Sts/ 26 rows = 4”/ 10 cm in stranded colorwork on larger needles.
