Festive Fana
English
Festive Fana is a great scrap yarn project. With this knitting pattern, you can make a Christmas decoration that weighs as little as one gram! The decoration can be used on Christmas gifts or as a tree ornament - or both!
The pattern is inspired by a traditional pattern known as Fana in Norway, named after an area in the western part of the country. This is great practice if stranded colourwork is new to you!
Size: Onesize
Gauge: Not important. Use a fingering or lace weight yarn and a needle size that works for that yarn!
Recommended yarn and needles: The sample ornament was made with Sandnes Garn Sunday, one gram of each colour, and needle size 2.5 mm, but feel free to use whatever scrap yarn you have.

Garnforslag:
Sandnes Sunday
Sandnes Babyull Lanett
Knitting for Olive Merino
Dale Soft Merino
