Either way, this Christmas Classic will look stunning hanging from the mantlepiece over a roasting fire or draped over the couch as the family waits for Santa to fill it with goodies!

This pattern is worked in the round and incorporates 2-colour fair isle. Please ensure to maintain an even tension and float your yarn throughout your work to ensure that the colourwork comes out evenly.

The heel turn and shaping will be worked back and forth in rows, not rounds. All slip stitches are slipped purlwise.

Basic crochet skills are needed to create the loop to hang the stocking.
