This hat is knitted in the round, from the bottom up. I recommend starting on circular needles the switching to DPNs when stitch count decreases.

There is a snowflake intarsia section, with a chart provided in the pdf.

Suggested head measurements are given, but if you need to make larger you can easily add stitches between snowflake sections.

All sizes require 2 x 50gram balls, plus small amount of contrast colour.
