This is a Doctor Who inspired Christmas Bauble. The Fez is made in an amigurumi style and the Bow Tie is made flat and ladder stitched together. The two pieces are attached using a long crochet chain.

As the size will greatly depend upon the type of yarn and size hook used, there is no gauge.

Materials:
yarn of choice
hook to match
scissors
tapestry needle

I used less than a third of the skein. This is a good project for scraps of red yarn.
