Fibonacci Buff
This is a narrow cowl known as a buff. It is long enough to be pulled over your head and narrow enough to keep out any wind.
It is one size and as long as your tension is close to the suggested yarn tension of 22 stitches and 30 rows to 10 cm it should work out well for you.
I used one ball in each of two colours and had about 10 metres of each colour left.
The pattern gives instructions for working in the round and for working flat. If worked flat then it can be knitted on straight rather than circular needles if preferred.
The buff can also be made in aran weight yarn -- details are in the pattern.
