fibonacci [mark three]
fibonacci [mark three] is the largest of a trio of smooshy isosceles shawls knit from end-to-end.
[mark three]’s symmetry is beautiful in both bold and subtle colour combinations. this tricolour shawl is very simple to knit, and because of its flat-knit sideways construction mark three remains quite portable.
since only one colour is worked at a time [mark three] is a great introduction to colourwork. pattern directions indicate the number of garter stitch ‘ridges’ in each stripe for quick counting and fuss-free knitting.
