The stitch pattern was inspired by bubble wrap packaging! The bubbles are made by increasing and decreasing in the centre of moving cables. The sides of the sweater and the underside of the sleeves are worked in rib. The sleeves are worked in stocking stitch with a bubble motif at the cuff.
