A simple striped garter stitch baby blanket with a slip stitch detail and a mitred garter stitch border finished with an i-cord bind off.

This pattern has not been fully test knit but my friends Jean and Jennifer very kindly read it through and sense checked it for me. Please let me know if you find any errors or discrepancies.
