Additional Yarn Information This pattern is written for thin 100 % cotton yarn. Test knitted socks were knit with

• Mayflower Cotton: 50 g = 170 m, using about 70 g.
• Novita Kotiväki: 200 g = 663 m, using about 65 g.
  

Additional Gauge and Size Information
The gauge for Mayflower Cotton with size 2,5 mm double pointed needles was 28 stitches and 38 rows in 10 cm/4 inches in stockinette stitch, and the sock will fit to a leg with 21 cm circumference.

For Novita Kotiväki the gauge with size 2 mm double pointed needles was 33-34 stitches and 48 rows = 10 cm/4 inches in stockinette stitch, and the leg circumference is 19 cm.



Additional Needle Information As cotton tends to loose in use, recommended needle size is 2 mm.
