For charity
Half of all the proceeds from the sale of this pattern will go to the UK-based charity The Macular Society, which works to fight and raise awareness about eye conditions affecting the central retina or macula.

About this pattern:
This piece is crocheted in the round, closing at the end of each round with a slip stitch, or an invisible join (tutorial here) for a neater finish.

A standing treble (sdtr) is a treble that can be crocheted without a starting chain (tutorial here) for a neater finish. It can be substituted with a starting chain of 3.

The felt is optional but recommended in order to make the key ring sturdier. It can be secured with a little glue or simply inserted when assembling the front and back of the eye.

3.5, 4 and 4.5mm crochet hooks
Oddments of DK yarn in Black, White and Contrast Colour (CC)
