Front-loop-only stitches give the body of this sweater excellent drape. The lacy border at the hem is echoed in the pretty collar.

Note: please check pattern comments for errata for neck shaping.

Per the pattern, Front is longer than Back by 1 pattern repeat to give more room for bust. If no extra room is needed, make Front and Back the same length.

If you use different lengths, seam sides from bottom up row for row until 2 (Back) and 3 (Front) repeats left, gather Front a bit and seam out of alignment.

A note about the length of Front after armhole shaping is missing. It should state:
Repeat Rows 2-5 of front 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3) times, then Row 2.

So you start front neck 2 rows below back neck; the neck shaping itself is two rows longer so together front and back are equal length after the armhole.

You may consider making the armhole one repeat shorter. Depending on your yarn, it may pull down too much.

Note on sleeves: you should start each row with a sl st and end each row with a sl st thus attaching both ends of the row with a sl st at the same level.
 
After the first row,
Finish each row by sl st in the body row at the same level to attach this row;
Then chain up as needed, sl st at the top of the next row, turn, and make the next st as indicated, and work across.
 
Also note, that my turning chain when I worked my sample was ch 2 for dc rows and just make another sl st without chaining for sc rows.
