Filoplume
An asymmetric arrowhead shawl, knit in simple garter stitch with feathered edges created by casting on stitches. An easy knit using just 400m (approximately 100g) of fingering/4ply weight yarn for the smallest size or go as big as you’d like.
Yarn
Fingering / 4ply weight yarn
100g for a small shawlette
150g for a regular sized shawl
200g for a large shawl
You may substitute for thicker or thinner yarn if desired, the pattern is flexible.
Gauge
22stitches and 22 garter ridges over 4” (10cm)
If substituting a different yarn weight choose a needle size approximately 2 sizes larger than the ball band to produce a draping fabric.
