Miss Babs colorway of Beautiful Dreamer reminded me of a childhood book I loved called “Rainbow Fish”. So what better way to commemorate a lovely time and beautiful yarn, than to design something!
It’s knit at a very loose gauge to emanate fluidity.
Shawl can be knit with 1 skein of fingering weight yarn, details are in pattern.

If you find that after your decrease you have a hole like some short row heels give, then M1R with the first bar and then M1L with the 2nd bar, K1 Turn. P2TOG then continue row in pattern.
