Find Your Flock Cowl
This project uses less than one skein for the main color and just a couple of ends of a contrast color for the rest, making it a great stash busting, midnight-cast-on project. If you are using this project to swatch, the companion pattern is the Find Your Flock Sweater.
Yarn
The Wandering Flock Worsted (100% Superwashed Wool, Extra Fine Merino 190 yards/173 meters)
- Main Color - Rose Gold 1 skein.
- Contrast Color 1 - Rust 1 skein.
- Contrast Color 2 - Neon Pink 1 skein.
Or Approximately
- Main Color - 110 (120) yards / 100 (110) meters
- Contrast Color 1 - 78 (86) yards / 71 (78) meters
- Contrast Color 2 - 18 (20) yards / 16 (18) meters
Gauge
18 stitches and 26 rounds= 4” / 10 cm in Colorwork Pattern on larger needles.
Suggested Needles*
- US Size 6 / 4mm 16” circular needle, for the top ribbing.
- US Size 7 / 4.5 mm 16” circular needle, for the colorwork pattern and the bottom ribbing. Always choose the needle size that you need in order to obtain the pattern’s gauge.

Note: You can easily make the cowl larger or smaller by casting on a different multiple of 12 for this pattern.
