PATTERN NOTES
This wrap is worked in four strips, with bold coloured stripes and alternating garter and stocking stitch sections. All the stitches are cast on and the border worked before putting stitches on hold and working the first strip. This first strip has a simple border on the right-hand edge, and yarn overs on the left-hand side. The second (and subsequent) strips are joined by picking up and knitting into these yarn overs as the knitting progresses. The wrap is completed with a small garter stitch border.
To achieve a clean colour change at the start of each stripe, a Russian join may be used. Alternatively, leave the ends loose at the colour changes and weave them in later, or knit the ends in as you go.

ERRATA
On page 84, all blocks should be worked over 20 rows and not 24 as stated. The following update needs to be applied to the instructions for all 9 blocks.
