Project Description: These long, elegant fingerless cabled mittens are knit in the round from the purled cuff bottom to the top purled hand and thumb bind off. The mitten top showcases a large 9-stitch braided cable surrounded by 5 smaller 4-stitch rope cables that encircle the cuff. The 9-stitch braided cable and 2 of the 4-stitch cables continue across the back of the hand. The palm and thumb are knit in stockinette stitch. The chunky yarn makes for a fast knit.

These long, elegant fingerless mittens are a wonderful accessory for the Cabled Fall Celebration Cape.

Fits hand circumference between 7 - 8 inches

Gauge: 4 stitches/inch and 5.5 rows/inch in stockinette stitch on size 8 dpn needles

2 skeins of Cadena are needed for one pair of fingerless mittens.
