I made this glove using size 10 crochet cotton and a US steel size 7 hook and 3 dc mesh.

The instructions include the starting chain, and how to form the thumb hole.

I made this to fit my hand and I have smallish hands and the glove was a little big. You could adjust the size by using a bigger or smaller hook.
