Cluster Stitch Fingerless Gloves

MATERIALS:
H hook (5 mm)
1 skien of red heart with love or any worsted weight yarn
yarn needle
2 buttons
scissors

Finished project dimensions
7 inches long
8 .75 inches in circumference

Gage:
14 stitches across- 4 inches
3 rows of half double crochets- 1 inch

Stitches

Cluster- yarn over, insert stitch into hook, yarn over, pull through loop, there should be 3 loops remaining on hook,
yarn over and pull through 2 loops. next you yarn over and insert your hook into the same stitch, then yarn over and pull through
loop, there should now be 4 loops on your hook, yarn over, and pull through 2 more loops. then yarn over, and insert hook into
the same stitch, yarn over and pull through loop, you should now have 5 loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through 2 loops,
then yarn over and pull through the remaining 4 loops on your hook. (similar to a double
crochet decrease with 3 stitches, except all in the same stitch)

Front post double crochet- yarn over, insert your crochet hook from front to back so that it goes around the post that is
positioned directly below it in the previous row of your work,
yarn over pull through loop, there should now be 3 loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through 2 loops,
then pull through the last 2 loops.

triple crochet- yarn over twice, insert your stitch into your stitch, yarn over and pull through loop,
you should have 4 loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through 2 loops, you should now have 3 loops on your hook
yarn over, and pull through 2 loops, you should now have 2 loops left, yarn over and pull through the remaining loops.

double crochet- yarn over, insert your hook into stitch, yarn over and pull through 2 loops, then yarn over
and pull through the last 2 loops

half double - yarn over, insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over pull through loop, yarn
over, and pull through remaining 3 loops

single- insert hook into stitch, yarn over and pull through loop, yarn over and pull
through remaining 2 loops.

slip stitch- insert hook into stitch, yarn over and pull through the 2 loops on your hook.
