The FinnleyMarline is the baby/toddler version of my AquaMarline sweater, but with the option of knitting it out of a washable yarn instead of scraps and stash. The design ensures that the sweater will fit for many months/years to come with the crop getting more intense and the extra fabric of the bubble sleeves providing additional length as the kiddo grows!
Sizing:
0(1, 2, 3)
20(24, 26, 28) inches
51(61, 66, 71) cm
These are based on garment’s finished chest circumference.
I made this piece with 4-6” positive ease so that it would fit a growing child for longer! Choose a chest measurement that is about 4-6” larger than the child’s actual chest measurement. The crop will get more intense and the bubble sleeve less intense as they grow. My niece is 9 months old and wearing the size 1.
