This is a moderate pattern to crochet. Most parts work up pretty easily, but the reversed loop stitches for the head, chest and tail take some extra effort.

Size
If you use the recommended yarn, your dog will be 5.1 inch /13 cm high.

Materials
For this crochet dog you’ll need worsted weight Lètt Lopi yarn and an E US/3.5 mm crochet hook. You’ll need two colours of yarn: white, Lètt Lopi 0051 (1/6 of a 100-yard skein) and black, Lètt Lopi 0059 (1/5). For the eyes I’ve used 8 mm animal safety eyes. You will also need fibrefill and pellets for extra weight in the body (I use Hama beads). A pipe-cleaner to make the tail bendable is optional.
