A traditional granny square blanket pattern—with a twist! I took the typical Starburst Granny square and put my own little spin on it….

Made with the coziest wool I could get my hands on… Crochet.com (or KnitPicks) very own Wool of the Andes makes this blanket extra special. This blanket is made with a traditional Peruvian Highland Wool with solid and heathered colours mixed together in total perfection (if I humbly do say so myself). I was awestruck by the combos while working with them and I do hope you love it as much as I have.

You won’t want to miss this one!

This pattern is worked up using the starburst granny square.

The pattern uses WeCrochet (Knit Picks) Wool of the Andes Worsted (110yds/50g) and a 5mm hook (size H).
Pattern includes all colours used and the yarn quantities as well as exact positioning. My gift to you is taking the work out of colourwork!

The final blanket size was: Approximately 42” x 56” inches.
