GAUGE: 4” / 10cm = 16 stitches and 13 rows of alternating 1 row sc, 1 row dc using 4.00 mm hook.

4.00mm & 3.50mm Crochet Hook.
3.00mm - 5.00mm Crochet Hook for Booties depending on size.
