These simple wrist warmers with no thumb have been designed to keep your wrists, hands and forearms warm while still leaving your hands free to work e.g. at the computer, or when you’re out walking and need to be able to use your hands. Make them in Önling No 2, our super soft Merino wool, or make a more casual version in our Önling No 20. The simplicity of the design is accentuated by the pretty tuck and the fine stitch pattern. This gives you the opportunity to play with colors and perhaps leftover yarns, and to make wrist warmers that match the colors of your favorite sweaters.

Önling No 2, 100% Merino Superfine Super 100’s Wool, 120 m per 25 g.
Color A: Mottled Brown (Alabama 89) = 25 g
Color B: Marzipan (Volga 7839) = 25 g
- This is sufficient yarn to make 1 pair of wrist warmers,
or:
Önling No 20, 100% Shetland Wool, 225 m per 50 g
Color A: Grey (75) = 50 g
Color B: Natural White (01) = 50 g
Contrast color for the tuck: Pistachio (08) = 10 g
- This is enough yarn to make 2 pairs of wrist warmers.

Recommended circular needles size 2.5 and 3 mm/US 1.5 and 2.5, length 80 cm/32 inches.

Procedure
The wrist warmers are worked in the round from the bottom up.
