This hat was inspired by the TV show “Shameless” and the hat Fiona wears during the winter scenes. It’s peaked, warm and effortlessly intriguing with a cable pattern that evolves as it twists from the rolled brim towards the crown.

It’s available in toddler and adult sizes. The ribbed brim is stretchy, so it will fit a larger baby or a smaller teenage head too.

Finished Sizing
Adult- Approximately 10.5” long and 7.5” wide when laid flat
Toddler- Approximately 8” long and 5.75” wide when laid flat

Gauge
28 rows and 20 stitches in stockinette on size 7 needles = 4”

Materials
1 skein worsted weight yarn (I used Cascade 220 in Natural - 100% wool, 220 yds)
Size 6 (4 mm) circular needles
Size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needles
Size 7 (4.5 mm) double pointed needles (You can use Magic Loop method if you prefer.)
