As the second piece in this matching Icelandic Set (Fire and Ice Icelandic Cowl), these mittens are worked with the same thick wool, the fiber which Iceland has become known for. This pattern will introduce you to thumb gussets and the decrease needed to craft the perfect pointed tip on your Icelandic mitts.
