This beautiful sweater with circular yoke in stranded colorwork is knit in the round from the top down to the armholes, after which the body of the sweater and the sleeves are continued separately.

To determine correct size, please refer to chest circumference, sleeve width and desired ease. Positive ease of more than 12 cm 4.75 in is already incorporated into the pattern.

• MC total for Sizes S (M, L, XL, XXL) – 3 (4, 4, 5, 6) skeins;
• CC total for Sizes S (M, L, XL, XXL) = 1 (1, 1, 2, 2) skeins.

Needles: circular knitting needles in three sizes (see below) with 60, 80, or 100 cm 24, 32, 40 in cord (depending on garment size worked):
• 3.75 mm US5 for parts worked in stockinette stitch, to achieve matching gauge;
• 4 mm US6 for the colorwork pattern;
• 3.25 mm US3 for the ribbing.

Gauge in 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inhe pictured sample, after wet blocking):
• stockinette stitch – 25 sts and 28 rows;
• charted stranded colorwork pattern – 25 sts and 28 rows;
• broken ribbing – 23 sts and 44 rows.
