Phoenix should be 11 ½ inches tall not counting crest. Wingspan will be under 14 ½ inches long. Phoenix should be able to stand with tail feathers spread out behind it. Pattern is not hard to follow and is 5 pages long. You will need to know how to work in continuous rounds and increase and decrease.
