Worseted Weight Yarn – ( I suggest Red Heart Super Saver)
 Yellow (for the main portion of the hat
 Black (small amount for middle of hat, eye and smile)
 Red (for the 3 sirens)
 Gray (small amount for the eye trim and siren trimming)
 White (small amount for the eye)
 Blue (small amount for the edge of the hat and the braids)
Tapestry needle - (for weaving in ends)
Poly-fil for the lights.
