This classic, cabled hat pattern is a perfect intermediate level project. A combination of seed stitch and chunky cables are worked in the round after a rib stitch border. The main section of this hat can be worked either from the chart at the end of the pattern, or from the written directions. To work from the chart, first work rows 1-4 , then repeat Rows 5-12 of the chart until the piece measures 8” from cast-on edge.
