gauge: 21 sts and 42 rows per 4 inches in garter stitch

yarn: 2 (3, 3, 4, 6, 7) skeins weepaca by Big Bad Wool

tools: size 6 (4 mm) circular or straight needles and a set of 5 DPNs in same size, stitch markers,removable stitch markers, stitch holders

notions: 3 (3, 4, 4, 5, 5) one-inch buttons

Skills Recommended: cable cast on, M1 increases, top down raglan experience preferred, working in the round with DPN’s, short rows, button holes, picking up stitches for button band and shawl collar.

Rows 2, 4 & 6 (WS): K to marker, sm, p1, sm four times, k to end of row.

(continue working garter stitch with st st columns in between markers throughout this section)

Separate Sleeves From Body section
DO NOT remove markers.

Next Row (RS): Work to marker, sm, k1, sm, sl next 20 (22, 24, 28, 32, 32) sts to a holder for sleeve, CCO, 8 (8, 10, 10, 10, 12) underarm sts, sm, k1, sm; rep from, work to end of round. (stitch count correct)

Next Row (WS): Knit to marker, sm, p1, sm four times, knit to end of row.
Next Row (RS): Knit.

Continue working in Garter Stitch with 4 knit columns in between markers … (measurements as indicated)
