This is a very easy and quick fingerless glove pattern. It is knit in double knit/ light worsted weight yarn in a random stripe pattern.Knit on straight needles. You can use 3-4 different colour yarns , and vary the stripes as you wish. The total amount of yarn needed will be approx. 50g/ 1.7 oz. This is therefore a good pattern for using up ends of leftover yarn. The pattern is a simple rib stitch which makes the gloves stretchy and very comfortable to wear. The pattern gives instructions for 3 widths - S/M/L- and you can vary the length of the gloves to suit your own preference. These gloves look great in any colour combination, and I have made versions for Autumn/Winter and Spring. The choice of colours is limitless. These gloves will fit men, women and teenagers.They make great gifts and easy last minute presents.
