The Firgun hat is simple in design, suitable for all knitters and those ‘new to circular knitting’. This hat is knitted in the round from the bottom up. You can use double pointed needles or circular needles.
The pattern requires a two colour (K2, P2) easy rib and is a great introduction to colour stranded knitting with an opportunity to use some lovely contrast yarn left over from your stash. The top of the Firgun hat has an interesting construction and offers an opportunity to try different casting off techniques.
