This pattern is available in Dutch and English.

The pattern is written in checklist form with several photos and charts to guide you. The pattern is tech edited and the socks are testknitted.

The socks are knitted toe-up, with a ‘Fleegle Heel’, they have a little lace in them, two small cables and twisted stitches. I think that the pattern is easy to knit if you are familiar with knit and purl, with increases and decreases. I have added some YouTube links of various stitches, so that you can still find some extra support there.

The socks are knitted in size UK 7½, US 9½ and EU size 40, but they are easy to adjust to a larger or smaller size.

The skill level is advanced beginner, basic knitting skills are required (knit and purl, increases and decreases).

• I used my own handdyed fingeringh weight Sockyarn:
  • Pink Egg 85% Superwashed Merino + 15% Nylon, 80g
  • Lilac, 100% Superwashed Merinowool 27 micron, 20g You can use fingering weigth yarn suitable for needles 2 - 2,5 mm (US 0-1) (400m-100g)

• Needles: 80cm or longer or 4/5 DPN’s ( US 32”), 2,25mm (US 1) or size needed to obtain gauge
• An embroideryneedle.

• Gauge: 34st and 44 rows in stockinette = 10 x 10 cm (4” x 4”)unblockt
