Shown in Jill Draper Makes Stuff Kingston, Color: Wiltwyck

The name for these richly cabled mitts was inspired by the city of Kingston, New York, and its namesake yarn from Jill Draper. In 1777, with New York City occupied by British Troops and Albany under threat of invasion, Kingston became the first capital of the state of New York.

A chunky central cable runs along the top of the hand from wrist to knuckles. The cable pattern is mirrored from the left to the right mitt.
