First Piece of Furniture Pouf
This POUF was the first piece of furniture I really owned. I fell in love with this one-of-a-kind handspun yarn at the Utah Fiber Arts Festival and knew exactly what it needed to become. I came home expecting to be able to find a pattern for a pouf relatively easily and couldn’t find anything! This is my first pattern and your support and feedback mean the world to me!
The pattern is relatively easy (advanced beginner) and worked flat using German short rows to create the shaping. It is recommended that you sew a lining to fill and use the knitted piece as a shell. I used about 10 lbs of fiber filling. You could also use several strands of bulky yarn held together to achieve gauge.
