This modular garter stitch cowl is knit in multiple directions. The rectangular shape is gathered by decreasing before joining in the back. Stretchy garter stitch means it slips over your head easily but still stays close to your neck to keep you warm!

Skills required:
• Long-tail cast-on
• Decreasing
• Picking up stitches
• 3-needle bind-off
