First Snow
First Snow is my Christmas Sweater – but it is very much like my other Christmas Sweaters; it is not very Christmas themed and can easily be used all year around. It has a colorwork pattern on the yoke of falling snowflakes and frosty flowers, and it is knit in a luxurious blend of alpaca, silk, and cashmere. It has a wonderful drape and is so soft that you can wear it next to skin.
It has a relatively wide boat neck; it is tight fitting around the shoulders and chest, but casual and loose fitting in the body. The pattern gives instructions for both long and short sleeves, so you can choose what is more comfortable for you.
Sizes: 1-2-3 (4-5-6) 7
