Fisherman's Beanie
Designed by Matt using a Tunisian crochet style or Slip Stitch Crochet, with a normal crochet hook.
The power of the internet… we have seen this style referred as many different names!!!!
This beanie has a simple look with all the best qualities you want from a premium beanie. It makes a super stretchy rib fabric (with a knit look).
Because it is crocheted sideways, the brim is super stretchy ( no tight cast-on ). It uses short-rows to create a perfect decrease at the crest of the beanie. And to top it off it uses our own invisible join technique.
This pattern includes 3 sizes so you don’t have work it out yourself.
If you visit our knitting and crochet help page there is an video that demonstrates our special invisible join technique.
Matt uses Well Strung Yarn Mist DK for his Fisherman’s Beanies. You can check out stock to see what we have in stock!
