The knitting pattern provides full instructions for 4 sizes XS (tiny dog e.g. Chihuahua, S (small dog e.g. Jack Russell), M (medium dog e.g. Boxer or Beagle) & L (large dog e.g. Dalmation or Labrador) and there are lots of photos to help you. Its worked flat on 4 mm needles in any dk yarn of your choice.
