Combing three of our finest yarns ~ Silken Straw, Sparky and Sanctuary ~ a beautiful old-fashioned lace stitch is made extraordinary when the piece is lightly felted after knitting. The silk yarns soften & relax with sumptuous drape after felting, while the wool/silk blend of Sanctuary fuses, resulting in truly unique knit fabric.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING YARDAGE NEEDED: As shown in our pattern photography, (2) skeins of Sparky are used. However, the pattern is written so that you can use only (1) skein of Sparky, resulting in a slightly shorter version of the wrap.
